ABOUT THE STUDIO

R.SONG STUDIOS is located in the trendy uptown district of the Beltline, next to some of the most popular entertainment venues and art galleries that Calgary has to offer. We are on the top floor of the Graycon Group Building 323, Unit #503. Street parking is available on 10th Ave or there is parking in the City Centre Lot 25 Parkade.

Just finished my first L2 class after conditioning almost every day with @thepoledestroyers since December! Feeling some real strength gains:

✨ Lifting both legs in a dip
✨ A tiny bit more airtime in chair (progress is progress!)
✨ Martini (kinda—still working on that elbow hook) from genie
✨ Genie on my bad side
✨ And the climb, a little bit of a higher climb!! 🎉 Even small wins count!
✨ and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is my grip is stronger! 👊🏼

Progress is slow, and frustration happens, but consistency is everything. Also, not comparing myself to others!

And yes, I know—I need to point my toes. 😆 🫣

Something took over me and I was itching to work on the routine to this song any free moment I had. Wouldn’t be me without a monstrous fan kick at the very end, too bad we didn’t get to that part at my last L2 heels class 😜
Also Lena brought in so many lights that I couldn’t afford to screw up all of the takes, otherwise I’d have felt awful 🥹 huge thanks for recording this 🙏
