Pole dance is an art form that celebrates both strength and self-expression, allowing you to move in ways you never thought possible. At R.Song Studios, we’re here to help you discover your passion for pole—just as it has profoundly transformed ours. 

Introduction to Pole

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the fundamental techniques of pole dancing—starting with basic walks, simple spins, and introductory floorwork—alongside strength-building exercises to help you progress safely and confidently.

Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up so the backs of your knees are exposed, as you’ll need skin contact with the pole for better grip.

Pole Level 1

Level 1 introduces the fundamental techniques of pole dancing and builds upon the basics from Intro to Pole. You’ll learn how to spin, climb, and flow gracefully around the pole while gaining strength and control. Each class includes conditioning exercises to help you develop the power and technique needed for the more advanced spins taught in Level 2. 

Pole Level 2

Once you’re comfortable with all the techniques from Level 1, you’re ready for Level 2! This class focuses on building the strength and body awareness needed for inversion skills. You’ll learn more advanced spins, climbs, and dynamic combinations on both static and spin pole—all while improving your control, endurance, and flow. 

Inversion Fundamentals (Level 2+)

Looking for one-on-one attention? Our private lessons are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced dancer, our instructors will help you improve your technique and reach your full potential.

Pole Level 3

Once you’re confident with basic inversions and leg hangs, you’re ready for Level 3! This class focuses on refining your butterflies, building strength for cleaner inverts, and exploring transitions between multiple inverted elements on both static and spin pole. Students will also begin conditioning for shoulder mounts—either on the floor or in the air with instructor spotting—to prepare for more advanced aerial work. 

Pole Level 4

Students in this class will refine advanced inversion techniques and begin exploring smooth transitions between more complex inverted elements. You’ll work on shoulder mounts, brass monkey entries and transitions, and build the control and core engagement needed to prepare for Ayeshas and other high-level aerial tricks. Expect a mix of conditioning, strength training, and creative combinations designed to connect your movements with confidence and flow.

Pole Level 5

This class is designed for experienced students who have developed a high level of strength, control, and body awareness on the pole. The focus is on seamless transitions between strength- and flexibility-based moves on both static and spin pole.

As our most advanced level, students typically have multiple years of pole experience and are ready to explore creative tricks, dynamic combos, and expressive movement inspired by world-class pole artists.

Pole Strength

Build strength, stamina, and body awareness — the fun way! This conditioning-based class uses the pole as your training partner to develop upper body and core strength, improve grip endurance, and prepare your body for more advanced tricks and transitions.

Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, pole-specific drills, and creative movement challenges, you’ll sweat, laugh, and get stronger together. Every class focuses on functional strength and mobility, helping you unlock new skills and move with confidence on and off the pole.

Perfect for: All levels looking to boost power, control, and endurance while keeping workouts engaging and playful.

Artistic Pole

Heels Foundations L1

Expect to work on body waves, pirouettes, heel technique, and floorwork elements — all at a pace designed for beginners. Whether you’re brand new to exotic pole or looking to refine your basics, this class will help you move with control, grace, and confidence.e easy choreography each week to help you connect the moves into a smooth, confident flow.

Pre-Req: 2 x Pole L1

Recommended Attire: Heels, knee pads, and comfortable pole wear. Heels can be rented at the studio for $5

Heels Choreography L2

Take your exotic pole flow to the next level with more dynamic transitions, intricate floorwork, and expressive choreography. This class builds on your foundational skills with moderate-level tricks, spins, and sequencing — all tied together in a sensual, empowering routine. Expect to work on fluid movement, musicality, and confident performance quality as you develop your own unique style.

Guided by your instructor’s signature styles — blending smooth transitions, controlled power, and expressive storytelling through movement.

Heels Choreography L3

 This class is designed for experienced dancers ready to push their limits in strength, control, and performance. You’ll explore complex choreography that blends advanced pole tricks, seamless floorwork, and powerful movement transitions — all performed in heels. Each routine challenges your coordination, musicality, and emotional expression while refining your lines, flow, and stage presence

Expect to work on inverted entries, heel-led transitions, and expressive sequencing that demands both technical precision and artistry. Perfect for dancers looking to polish their performance quality and command attention with every movement.

Pole Flow / Artistic Pole

This class focuses on the fluid, expressive, and creative side of pole dance. Instead of emphasizing tricks, you’ll explore continuous movement, transitions, and storytelling through flow-based choreography. Each class combines musical interpretation, grounded movement, and smooth transitions around the pole to help you connect emotion with motion.

You’ll learn how to move with intention, create seamless shapes, and express your own artistry while refining control, grace, and body awareness. Perfect for students who want to discover the beauty of flow and explore pole as a form of dance and self-expression.


Recommended Attire: Bare feet or socks, and comfortable pole wear that allows for freedom of movement.

 Suspended gracefully in the air, the Aerial Hoop, also known as the Lyra, offers a unique fusion of athleticism, artistry, and circus inside a spinning steel ring.

Students will learn fundamental techniques including mounting, dismounting, poses, spins, and transitions to create  beautiful Aerial routines.

  Aerial Silks incorporates elements of dance, acrobatics, gymnastics and circus on two elegant pieces of fabric hung from the ceiling. Students will rapidly build core and upper body strength to perform beautiful movements in the air. Beginners typically start with learning basic climbs and wraps before progressing to more advanced moves and sequences.

Aerial Hammock

  Aerial Hammock consists of a length of fabric suspended from a single point, forming a loop or hammock-like structure. It’s typically made of strong, stretchy fabric such as nylon or silk, which provides support and flexibility for various Aerial movements and poses.
