Studio Policies

We require clients to cancel their reserved class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
For any discounted passes, including the New Client 3-Week Trial Pass, a $18 fee will be charged to your account for late cancellations or no-shows.

If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist.
When a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation.
Please note that once you’re moved from the waitlist into the class, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Be sure to manage your schedule and waitlists accordingly to avoid late cancel or no-show fees.

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please check the expiration date on your passes and ensure you use all classes before they expire.
Most single or drop-in passes have a 6-month validity period from the date of purchase.

Students must be at least 16 years old to participate.
If you are under 18, we require written parental or guardian consent.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for your first class to sign the release form and provide a copy of their ID for insurance purposes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to allow time to change and prepare.
Arriving late and missing the warm-up is a safety risk, and late students may not be permitted to join.
We appreciate your respect for both instructors and fellow students by arriving on time.

For your safety, alcohol consumption before class is strictly prohibited.
Anyone appearing intoxicated upon arrival will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued.

You’re welcome to record your own progress during class; however, please be mindful of others in the frame.
Recording or photographing other students without consent is not permitted.
Filming of instruction requires instructor approval and must not be publicly shared or distributed online.

To maintain a comfortable and private environment, class observations are not permitted.
We offer a waiting area in the hallway for students.
Alternatively, our studios are conveniently located near cafés, restaurants, and shops for anyone waiting for a friend.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Please:

• Show respect to instructors and follow their direction.
   
• Avoid teaching or coaching other students during class.
   
• Refrain from using cell phones while in class.
   
• Treat others with kindness and respect personal space.
   

Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class or termination of your studio privileges.
