Intro to Pole

If you have never taken a pole dance class, we recommend starting here. In this class, you will be introduced to basic pole dance techniques and strength training exercises. From walking around the pole to simple spins and floor work. Please wear shorts, or pants that roll up so that the back of your knees can be exposed.

Beginner (Level 1)

Level 1 will teach the fundamental techniques of pole dancing and is designed to build upon the basics learned in Intro to Pole.  Learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up/down and around the pole. Class conditioning and strength training exercises will prepare you for more advanced spins taught in Level 2.

Beginner Plus (Level 2)

Once you are familiar with all techniques taught in Level 1. You are ready for BEGINNER+ Pole classes which focuses on strength training and conditioning for inversion moves.  Learn more advanced spins, climbs and combos on both Static and Spin pole!

Intermediate Pole (Level 3)

This is the classes where you start to go upside down. You will be learning basic inversion and more advanced climbs, spins, and floorwork.

Advanced (Level 4)

For students who feel comfortable with inversions, leg hangs and spin pole, we will be raising the bar with more advanced inversions and holds. Learn how to put these moves into beautiful combos!

Pro (Level 5)

This is our most advanced level and students tend to have multiple years of pole experience. L5 students will focus on lines, dynamic tricks and combination creations.

Exotic Pole Level 1

Coming Soon! Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga uses hammock slings suspended from the ceiling, to support the weight of your body through various stretches, tricks, strength & cardio-focused movements and inversions.
Sounds a bit tricky? Our instructors are qualified in Aerial Yoga, and are able to provide modifications for every kind of body, from the most advanced aerialist to a first-timer just starting on their fitness journey. It’s actually a beautiful feeling when you have part of your body suspended. The sling alleviates pressure in your joints, which means you are able to stretch without the normal stiffness you might feel, or exaggerated stretch reflex.
Is it effective? Absolutely. As part of your body is in the air, the movement of the sling will cause your body to make little micro-adjustments to stay balanced and stable. This is a really effective way of building your core, postural muscles and stability in your joints.
Aerial Yoga boasts numerous health benefits such as increased muscular flexibility, core strengthening, upper and lower body muscular strengthening, increased joint mobility, low-impact cardiovascular conditioning, and realignment of the spine.
It is also a great way to develop body awareness and control, improve blood circulation and realignment of the spine. This translates to improvements in many different aspects of life- from more awareness of posture when you are sitting at your desk, to better performance on the sports field.
All our Aerial Yoga instructors have undergone a minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course, so you are in safe & knowledgeable hands.
